This waiver signifies that I, the undersigned with all guests, acknowledge and agree that:

This is an active farm with animals, uneven ground, and outdoor conditions. I agree to follow all posted and verbal safety instructions, terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of French Broad River Farms immediately;

The activities involved in this program present a risk of injury that may be significant, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist; I KNOWINGLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISK, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation;

There are live bees on the farm and that a sting is possible even with protective equipment. I affirm I have considered my own medical situation (including any serious allergies) before booking.

By signing this document, I acknowledge the inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from my participation. I HEREBY RELEASE RESPONSIBILITY for French Broad River Farms, any and all agents and/ or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activities, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, LOSS, OR DAMAGE to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, past, present, and future, relating to the services provided.
