This playful class combines gentle yoga with lighthearted meditation—made even sweeter by the presence of our curious and cuddly baby goats. Don’t be surprised if they join you on the mat, nuzzle in close or climb right into your heart.
After class, refresh with infused water and take time to explore the farm. Guests are invited to enjoy a DIY scavenger hunt or a peaceful hike through our scenic property for a full, soul-filling experience.
